Practice Update – Patient Information

You will have no doubt seen the Government’s announcement this week on the easing of Coronavirus restrictions, including the removal of social distancing requirements and the need to wear face coverings after July 19th.

As a practice, Goyt Valley Medical and Dental Practice have taken the decision to keep these measures in place for the time being, and will ask all staff and patients to continue to observe distancing and wear a face covering whilst in the building.

As a public space, often offering our services to those most vulnerable to the effect of Coronavirus, and with cases of Coronavirus at such a high level in the area currently, we feel this is the safest approach to protect both our staff and patients.

We will continue to ask patients to wear a face covering upon entering the practice and will have a supply of medical face masks available for anyone who doesn’t have their own face covering available.

We wish to thank everyone for their understanding and co-operation.
