The practice continues to be providing 1st and 2nd COVID vaccinations to our patients.
First vaccinations
If you are over 40 years of age and have not yet been vaccinated, but would like to be, please contact the practice and we will book you in to the next available appointment.
We are working through the cohorts as quickly as we can. If you are within the cohort currently being invited nationally to book in for a vaccination and wish to received your vaccination at the practice please contact us.
Second vaccinations
If you received your 1st vaccination at the practice, or at the vaccination centre being run at Thornbrook Surgery, 8 or more weeks ago and have not yet received your 2nd vaccination, please contact us.
If you have received your 1st vaccine elsewhere andit is impossible for you to received your 2nd vaccine at the same vaccination centre, please ring us and we will book you in as soon as possible on to one of our vaccination clinics.
