From Wednesday, 1st April, the Chapel-en-le-Frith branch surgery will be used as a respiratory assessment centre so it is not to be accessed by any patients.
Please do not leave your sample or prescription here, as they will not be dealt with. Please take these to the surgery in Whaley Bridge.
